Wayne Lowrey(Proprietor) - The Older One!!!

Wayne has been the proprietor of the Parsonage since the opening in August 1987, having taken over a crumbling museum and having worked with the builders, C.W.Collier & Sons, Worthing (01903 210101), carefully restoring the grade II Star Listed property to the quality restaurant it is today.

His catering background includes training at London's Savoy Hotel in The Strand, Harrod's of Knightsbridge, The Royal Thames Yacht Club, The Honourable Artilliary Club in the city, The Royal Ocean Racing Club, private chef to the Chairman & Board of Burmah Castrol PLC, to name but a few.
